Speaking of nut milk — Brazil nut milk is genuinely one of the easiest and most rewarding things you can make at home. Soak the nuts overnight, blend with filtered water, strain through a nut milk bag, and you get something creamy and naturally sweet that holds up beautifully in coffee, smoothies, or poured over granola.
